Do I need an Oura Ring?

No. Arnold works with Garmin, Apple Watch, and Strava too. The more data you connect, the smarter the programming โ€” but you can start with just Strava or even no wearable at all.

Does Arnold actually write my workouts?

Yes โ€” specific exercises, sets, reps, and weights based on your equipment, goals, and progression. Not a generic "do 3 sets of 10." Arnold tracks your numbers, pushes them forward every week, and adjusts intensity based on your recovery data.

What sports does Arnold coach?

Strength, cycling, running, skiing, mobility โ€” any combination. Arnold manages training load across all of them and periodizes the whole picture. You ski in winter and cycle in summer? Arnold plans for both.

Why Telegram and not a dedicated app?
